General Mail Order Information:

Please read the Product Information for each book or poster. Click on the order by mail link and fill-in, print, and mail the order form with your payment to us.  Please send U.S. currency only* ; U.S. dollar denomination money orders are available from banks and post offices.

* We accept "Purchase Orders or payments by Personal Check Money Order, or Cashier's Check" for mail orders. Payments by personal check will take longer as we must deposit the check and allow the funds to clear before shipping the order.  Make checks and money orders PAYABLE to:

If sending cashier's check or money order, DO NOT mail your order without DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. We are not responsible for lost payments in the Postal Service.

We use US Postal Service insured 3-5 day Priority shipping for all items.  This address is only for US Postal Mail. If you want your order sent via UPS or FedEx, please Contact Us .

 

  • If you supply us with an E-mail address, we will send an E-mail confirmation as soon as we receive your mail order.

  • Most orders (if paid by Money Order or Cashier's Check) are shipped via USPS (Priority) first class mail within 3-5 business days of receiving the order.

  • We accept personal checks, but we may wait for the check to clear before shipping at our discretion. 

  • You should plan 7-10 business days (U.S.) to receive your order after we mail your confirmation.

 

Do you accept credit cards?
For on-line orders, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal.  We also accept purchase orders from schools and other organizations by mail.  All international orders (including Canada) must be paid either by demand draft in U.S. currency, or via one of the above credit cards in U.S. currency. Orders in foreign currency will not be accepted.  Orders paid by personal check will take longer as we must deposit the check and allow the funds to clear before shipping the order.

We DO NOT accept COD (Cash On Delivery) orders.

Is your online shopping cart secure?
Our online shopping cart structure is protected. You will see the "padlock" alert at the bottom of your web browser after you have added an item to your shopping cart, and throughout the ordering process.

What I ordered isn't in stock, but I gave you my credit card number. Have I been charged or will you charge me later?
Inventory for our catalog items is not always sufficient to fill large quantity orders and we may require up to two weeks prior to filling your order.  We will not charge your account until we have your order in hand and ready to ship to you.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?
If we have your full order in stock and we ship it using USPS Priority Mail, it should take no more than 5-7 business days to get to you from the time we ship.

I need to have this order yesterday.  How soon can I get it?
Second-Day Air shipping is available for an additional charge through UPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express and other carriers. Please let us know if this is a rush order and we can help you pick the proper method of shipping.

What if only part of my order is in stock?
If some of the items that you ordered are in stock, and some are on back order, our shipping department will contact you via E-mail. We tend to hold the in-stock items until your order is complete, to reduce shipping costs to you. If you instruct us to send items to you as we get them, separate shipping charges will apply to each package sent.  We appreciate your patience!

What is your return policy?
We offer a no questions asked return policy. Our guarantee is simple: if you do not find our books or wall charts to meet your expectations as instructional resources, or if for any other reason you are not happy with our products, you may return them for up to 6 months for a full cash refund. There is no fine print. You get all your money back. The only thing we ask is that the book or wall chart is in its original sellable condition.

My package was damaged! Now what?

If an item was damaged in shipping, please IMMEDIATELY notify both the carrier and our Customer Service so we can arrange return of the item and file a claim. You will not have to pay for the return shipping on an item damaged by the carrier. Save the original carton and all packing material.

Will you sell my contact information?

ANOVA Science Education never sells, trades, or otherwise makes available any personal information about our customers to any third parties, without the individual's express approval. We do not send spam or junk mail; neither do we buy, sell, or exchange commercial mailing lists or E-mail lists with anyone.  We also do not collect personal information about you, without your permission as you browse our web or mobile sites, for the purpose of sending you E-mail, junk mail, or otherwise soliciting your trade.
